Zionism and Anti Zionism, both Jewish and non-Jewish, are very much in the news. Scholars and pundits opine on their meaning. Is anti Zionism antisemitism or is it different? Is criticism of the state of Israel anti Zionist? There is lots of heat and passion, but not much light or clarity. This four-session course will explore the history of Zionism and Anti Zionism and provide clear definitions of these terms/movements and what they mean. My goal is that participants will come away with a greater sense of clarity about the meanings of these movements and where they stand.
